Dad's Army: TV and Film

In the film, the Vicar is not named; Williams is credited simply as "The Vicar".

Ian Lavender played a cameo in the film, as Brigadier Pritchard.

Note that there was also a film version released in 1971, when most of the characters were played by the same actors as in the television series. (One exception was Mrs. Pike, who was played by Janet Davies on television and Liz Fraser in the 1971 film.)
